In the late Southern Song Dynasty in the year 1271, the 1st generation ancestor relocated from Qingzhou in Shandong to Guangdong. In the late Qing Dynasty, the 19th generation ancestor migrated to to Singapore in 1892.
The 1st generation ancestor relocated from Qingzhou (青州) in Shandong (山东) to Guangdong (广东) in 1271 and moved to Xinhui County (新会县) in 1282. The 19th generation ancestor came to Singapore in 1892.

The 1st generation ancestor Wong Jun (黄俊) , granted the title of regular metropolitan graduates (进士出身), was promoted to grand master for palace counsel (中议大夫), was called to Guangdong (粤), and was awarded the nine guan generals (九管将军), which lasted nine years (1280). In the 19th year of Emperor Kublai Kan (至元) in the Yuan Dynasty (1282) moved his family to Guangdong (广东) "Huayuan Lane" (花园巷), Xinhui County (新会县城).
The 2nd generation ancestor Wong Xiong (黄雄) went to Guangdong (广东) as an envoy (广都使司), awarded gentleman for meritorious achievement (迪功郎), and promoted to gentleman for summoning (徴仕郎). The 5th year of Emperor Dade (大德) in the Yuan Dynasty (1301) bought several lands in Yin Village (银村), Tianhe (天河乡), Tangxia Town (棠下镇), Xinhui County (新会县). Also bought land in Xiao Jiaowei Lychee Village (小滘尾荔枝庄).
In the 14th year of Emperor Shundi (顺帝) in the Yuan Dynasty (1354), bandits arrive the city. The 4th generation ancestor Wong Yuanjie (黄原杰) moved his family from "Huayuan Lane" (花园巷) to the east of Xueshantang, Su Village (苏村学山堂).
In the 17th year of Emperor Hongwu (洪武) in Ming Dynasty (1384), The 5th generation ancestor moved to Qiaomeili (乔美里).
The 6th generation ancestor lives in Tailai (泰来里).
The relocation of the 1st to 6th generation ancestors in Xinhui County (新会县). Su Village (苏村) is Hengjuli (恒聚里). Tailaili (泰来里) and Hengjuli (恒聚里) are in Sanbao Village (三宝村).

The 19th generation ancestor Wong Lee Sit (黄理燮), was only twelve years old in 1892. He traveled to Singapore to earn a living from Hengjuli (恒聚里), Tianhe (天河乡), Xinhui County (新会县). His younger brother, Wong Lee Swee (黄理瑞), was only thirteen years old in 1902 and also went to Singapore to make a living.
